Just checking, has anyone noticed a higher-than-usual chance of capture for emissaries at pop centers where a siege has completed?
The percentages for capture should be 50% if an emissary tries to leave via 350 while under siege, or 20% if the emissary is still there at the end of a siege.
Simply seeking data points, as I sometimes like to do. Thanks!
