This is a 12 player Steel game, Anonymous with Secret Victory Condition.  This format has been pretty good at raising paranoia and intrigue.
We'll make all 15 kingdoms available for selection.

First come, first served by posting your persona is in, not posting a kingdom.  Chivalrous here means non-podium players get +25,000 gold.
