enemy agents
#1
Looked at the various recon orders (agents, emmies) and could not find anything that tells you where enemy agents are located. How do you find them (except for them getting caught in a mission)?

A recon of a pop center will tell you if there are enemy agents located there.

good to know. The command itself states "An agent will report any groups, pop cents, emmies, artifacts, or unusual sightings..........". Agents are not specified, unless, of course, they are considered an emmie. In other parts of the rules, sometimes they are (during hiring), and sometimes they are not (allowed order types). Rather vague.......Is it an automatic detection or a scaled vs. level sort of thing?

It is an automatic detection. For most purposes, agents are treated the same as emissaries. The difference is that the only emissary action they can take is 350 to relocate. Otherwise they use the agent orders. However, if they are subject to recons, assassinations, being blown up, etc. on par with a "regular" emissary.
