I feel like a pest, but I do have another question 
.
In a game I don't wish to identify, I am suspicious in a region owned by my enemy. So, I enamored to get to Tolerant (figuring that will be my max reaction level). Instead of increasing my reaction level, my sheet shows this result:
ENAMOR Our Reaction Level in Region xxx is already at its optimum level.
Before I write in to Support, can anyone tell me why this might be a legitimate result? And yes, my regional reaction is still suspicious.
And no denigrates or anything like that were done.
Is there any other info I would need to supply to challenge this?
