Also, when I click on my game to download, I get a message that says "An unsigned application from the location below is requesting permission to run".
When I click on "run" it downloads..... but still can't do transfers.

This is for Fall of Rome only. I've replicated the situation including updating java and have the same issue - UI is not recognizing transfers. Its likely some driver update that only genome can address. I've notified him and copied you on the email.
