Let's take two examples:
Suppose I have a governor and a baroness in a neutral town (KD) both ordered to usurp control (in case the other fails) and both ordered to move to to another town (PE) so that if one succeeds the other can be put to use doing something else.
Let's say the governor first succeeds in usurping the town at KD, will the baroness ignore the usurp KD order and use the travel order to go to PE instead?
Similarly, let's say I have a wizard who is in the 1WI group and the group is ordered to move to a WI town at DL where I know a dirty EL emissary is located.
I set order 799 for the wizard to research magic when the group gets there, but I suspect the dirty elf will usurp the town before that, so I also order the wizard to do something else useful in case he can't research, e.g. I set him to heal the group...
If the town is no longer mine when the 799 order pops up in the queue, will the wizard ignore the 799 order and use the heal order instead?
