Bribing emissaries and what they know.
#1
Is the chance of success with a bribe separate from the probability that the bribed emissary knows the skeleton details?

i.e. Is it possible to be successful with a bribe, but the target not have the info?

Yes, it is. If the bribe works (agent chance) then the emissary has a certain percentage (his level of influence. 80% for a Prince) of even knowing anything.

This is not supposed to be easy, as it can be something of a disaster to have your skeletons released.
