When you siege a town and you have siege engineering the siege only takes two turns.  On the first time you siege like this is production reduced 50% or 100%?

When you siege a town and you have siege engineering the siege only takes two turns.  On the first time you siege like this is production reduced 50% or 100%?

I'm not at my desk but I believe it's the normal 1st round of siege worth of resource reduction. Then on 2nd round, the group takes control of the pc.
