Thanksgiving Steel With Alamaze

This will be the standard Steel format and draft.  However, as the diplomacy aspect is player enforced in all cases, I would like to have something of a hybrid approach to help new players acclimate to Alamaze.  I suggest if a player has been in two or fewer 12 player games, they are in full diplomacy mode to both receive and send email or text and other communication (phone) from any player.  For everyone else, we can do either seasonal forum or straight no-diplomacy, as the majority prefer.

If we have at least three of these newer players, it will be 72 hour turnaround, otherwise again the majority can choose 72 hour or 48 hour turn cycle.
