For a long time now, there has been a mistake of kingdoms receiving the Spell #852 Teleport Army and Spell #853 Teleport Army Group at the same level, which doesn't make sense. That was corrected today so for the following kingdoms, Spell #853 Teleport Army Group was bumped to the next level: DA, DK, DU, EL, FF, FO, GN, IL, LI, NE, SO.
