The numbers above, picked randomly by Wookie, line up with the people above it, so Cosmic is first, then Drogo, Windstar, etc....

I believe that we start with the player with the 1 pick.
So, unless otherwise, the order should be:
1. Cosmic Wizard
2. Drogo
3. Windstar
4. Brekk
5. DuPont

BTW: This only means that the person picking the region can choose whatever is available, not as listed.
So, when it comes to your turn, select the region pairing you like most. Then, when it comes to kingdoms, do the same.

I can see how it can be interpreted either way. Wookie Panz would have to clarify which way he meant. I will give my pick now of crown/darkover so I don't hold it up if I am first. If I'm not I will repack when it's my turn.
