Cool Now remember if you have for example the third pick (kingdom or region), Then pick 22 would be the second half of the grouping (kingdom or region)

Just so I am clear here, can the teams assign the regions and kingdom pairings at the end or is it where pick 4 (our team) has to match up with pick 21?
