Yeah, no. This is really weird... the AT get a place in the championship due to Draugrs win with them, but he won't choose them, then canticar gets to limp into the championship with a third place finish with the AT, while you have 3 3rd's and a second place? I don't know dude.

And even Drogo has a second place finish with the RA, he probably makes it in anyway but seriously, canticar gets into the game before him with a third place AT finish (and only 2 points total) while Drogo has to wait in line after him with his second place RA finish, which is better than any other RA finish this year?

Yeah, I think it would be better my way. Another example, the EL and SA did not podium, but I have the best finish with both of these kingdoms (4th place each time, I think, but based on status). Should I not be able to choose from these as well? I'd probably not choose the SA over my other choices, but with the new rules and knowing my starting region, I might choose the EL.
Also, Eregnon has 3 points, and he has the best finish all year with the BL. He could easily get nudged out. Agent Orange has a win with the RD, and has zero chance at making it in with this system.

Glad to see the progress in getting the 2020 Alamaze Championship underway.
VBM is in charge, as he has performed this service for the community for several years. He knows what he is doing and it has always gone well.
As is tradition, the contestants will not have a setup charge nor does the Championship count as a game slot against service level, although the contestants must all be active players (must be at least at Scout Level Service).
Winner gets 3 free games (as "All-In" with fee $0 - no setup, no game slot), and most importantly, Immortality. (So you've got that going for you.)
Silver gets 2 free games, bronze 1 free game.
Congratulations to all who make it into the Championship, and thanks to all for making Alamaze the game it has been, going on now well into its fourth decade.

Yeah, I don't agree, my participation will depend on how this draft goes. Not really a championship if its arbitrary.
