Loren, you will select an available region or kingdom with the 10th pick, then the other with the 15th, and then "join" the game with your picks from the Game Queue (click on the Game Queue on the left column of the home page of the Order Entry site after you have logged in. When all 12 players join, the game begins a minute later.
