I seriously would consider a standing order of do not receive reinforcements as the UN. They are ineffectual overpaid cowards, and likely will run for POTUS.

Sharkey terrorized the hobbits at the end of LOTR (book version). Sadly omitted from the films, though I'm sure after the Hobbit movie debacle, Peter Jackson's reaniminated corpse will turn Scouring of the Shire into a 9 film opus of boredom.
