Along with the team captains idea we could have all 12 people play the kingdom that they have done the best with (in the case of ties, the player with fewer completed games gets the kingdom, the other goes to his second best kingdoms, and so on).  Then team captains have to pick their teams.

We could also make it so that each play may only pick from kingdoms that they have never played.
