Using the last 14 games, here is the average pick speed of each region. And the prevalences lines up with the averages.
Nyvaria was picked 1 or 2 in 12 of the 14 games (and 3, 4 in the other 2). Krynn has the most 12 picks, and Mythgar is very consistently picked 10 or 11 but has a handful of early picks.
There are still 3 regions to be picked in our current game, but it won't change the basic numbers below though it will separate Krynn and Zanthia for last place.
By the way, in all but one game, the regions go first (with an occasional kingdom chosen), then the kingdoms get chosen on the 2nd half of the draft.

Yes, my RD invaded your GN within the first 3 turns, quickly got the early lead and 3.59 regions (and missed a win by one village), but then fell back some after that and did not win.

I think a statistic of the percentage of successful victory attempts would be interesting. I just was 50/50 in the game I won based on a castle- that’s it. Would have won but for. Then won next turn, so one of two.
In my game as AT (and you IL), DuPont as GN would have won I think but for a greater castle I built that turn when he moved.
