his ability cost no food so is still an advantage.   I have not tried but would guess he can both 599 make a fortification in the same turn.  perhaps instead of less food(resources) make them get 10 or 20% stronger fortifications.  more Defense due to better engineering.

I am playing a DW right now and I use 599 almost every turn. Can't say more right now.

I've noticed when playing a military position I've sometimes wished the 235 reorganize order included leaders.  Sometimes it seems like every encounter and battle generates a new centurion and then when you need to shuffle the groups, say to create an inactive to get reinforcements you can't do it without combining a group and losing a wizard. 

Ry Vor, is this a reasonable request, to be able to eliminate an unwanted leader?

Not unreasonable, just doesn't come up much.  When I turn stuff over to Mike, when Mike is ready to do Alamaze stuff, I have to prioritize lots of stuff, some never gets put in.  

The closest I would come to that Wookie, is the idea of having an ESO reward being to add a 5th group.

Ohh I like these ideas, but may be too powerful.
