Can the slots be changed or does “slot” mean “specific player”?

Each team has 6 slots (Region and Kingdom),  so just like a regular draft: if the team chooses say Pellinor with its 1st choice, that choice can not be changed to the 2nd or subsequent picks after selection.  So a kingdom would have to be picked when the order came back to the slot that pick Pellinor, and that kingdom must stay with that region.   However the three person team can designate between them who plays which kingdom after the bid if they like.  : hope that is clear.

Different than a regular draft.   The next pick could be a kingdom for that first region selected if wanted.  But that cannot be moved later.

Slot just means each teams has 6 picks.   3 kingdoms and 3 regions.

Yah seems a bit stacked to me : I think Painted should always be right next to Draugr and required to fight, and most definitely not allies!
