High Elves to all ...breaking Maelstrom news...
- haggis is in short supply in western Maelstrom as sheep are hard to come by.
- Wool futures see going through the roof as sheep demand in the sword coast is exceeding supply.
- Animal rights activists file formal protest with the sorcerer kingdom

The high elves have warned the high council and the good citizens of Maelstrom as to the low moral unethical standards and the unspeakable acts committed by the sorcerers. Now they seek to remove the elves from the high council!! .... We are the voice of reason beloved of the gods and ask that the rest of the council to punish the sorcerer kingdom by voting nay.
They have caused a plague against innocent elvish civilians causing many to die by spilling sheep manure into our water supply. This includes the deaths of the civilians who were undergoing medical treatment at Woodson hospital as a result of what they had seen in the sword coast. We have no choice but to declare war and defend common decency and the future of the Elven nation. We will avenge our lost civilians and since this will force the sorcerers to leave their sheep in peace at least briefly to face us...we recommend other nations take advantage of this opportunity. Let the sheep lovers be surrounded by wolves......

We have imported a great deal of excess sheep manure from the Sorcerer's flocks.  With a little bit of magic added you should see your crops begin to flourish.  Bounty being cast this and next turn.  In regards to our mutual interest in the X marks the spot ... I have used many orders to position my patrol appropriately and will be searching this turn.  I would appreciate you leaving it for me but if you too have worked hard to get there I am happy to make it a race and may the best treasure hunting party win!

NE-DW

Was it the brothels or the equally famous Stormgate Guards that drew you to Stormgate?  Tell the truth.  Impressive to see the stubby Dwarven legs got you all the way there so quickly.  Congrats on what I assume was a surprise assault on quite the prize.

NE-PI & GN

I have been preparing for an assault on RD lands for some time given his lack of communication.  I will be taking the three villages close to my border this turn.  Happy to work out arrangements to split RD lands so we don't waste resources.
(PI) Glad to hear on bounty, but seems to me you'd leave the encounter to me for incremental thanks leaving your town alone for these 8 turns. I've received nothing as of yet while you had the luxury of the production. I'd appreciate your patrol moving on. Can you do that?

NE - PI

There were offers to buy or sell at $20K and we mutually agreed to the more challenging/time consuming process of bounty spells.  It is tying up my P5 for 4 ... possibly 5 turns if the 75% rolls don't go my way.  In hindsight I think it would have been better for both of us if we had done the 20K transaction early on....next time.  I spent a lot of effort to get in position for the encounter and it sounds like you have too (wasn't sure if you had just stumbled across it).  Fair thing would seem to be a race to the treasure ... may the fastest Pirate or Zombie win!

What are your thoughts on the split of Triumvia.  I should have relatively full recon from column J and west after this turn.  I am good with the Gnome request for the City.

Seriously question what your Lordship may be high on, Elf.  You invaded me last turn, declaring war on turn seven.  Before i unleashed the manure.  Fyi, more on the way.
As to noble and high, i would note that not only has this man released critical info to the entire realm as regards my pop center info, but he cannot even conduct the war on his own.  Asking for help in a fight with a developing sorceror, Ha!  Pathetic. Clearly if you receive help you will prevail, but the common decency of other nations will not allow that to happen.  I foresee a war between the two of us, sir.  Stop requesting help from the others.

This game is semi-silent where players may post forum requests for trade or smack between kingdoms but no outside communications than the forum and no allies. Good luck to all!

I have my eyes on a human village and that’s all I know of so will insist on that one.

Good luck on the race.

I will have good intel that I am happy to share but we need to agree philosophically on how we do the split. I am taking the three villages that are clustered close to my border. All three are west of your village currently located in RD lands. Everything is human owned with RD dropping. I don't want to duplicate orders nor capture your emissary when my military takes them so please plan appropriately.

I have not yet found a PC on the Tempest Sea ... but happy to point you in the right direction when I find one.

Habeus

Good luck on the race as well ... don't mind the fact that I tied your shoelaces together. Smile

To clarify one village is directly south and two are to the west.

Congrats on winning the race. I'll acquiesce to the villages as I'm going for popcenters in The Tempest.

Once again we're at a mutual encounter but this one is one I found turns ago with agents, in my region and considering you got the last artifact I really would hope you agree this one is mine to take. Agreed?
