70k for the first one, 65k for the second. You pay turn of attempt but I’ll keep casting if spell fails.
My group will not touch PCs or artifacts, and you agree to take no actions against it. I’ll let you know if I can start 17 or 18 by next turn
Beers after.

My fierce half men. I see you have wandered into my region. Care to inform me of your intentions? I am happy to supply the Ale if you supply the appetizers. So what brings your fierce warriors into my realm?

Greetings fellow warrior,
We were coming to chase the most non-warlike dwarfs and got here after they left, apparently. It took us this long to get here. Short legs, stout hearts and all. So, what to do? I seem to have brought a knife to a gunfight and would rather not have to do any of that running away nonsense at the moment. It's horrible on the knees. So, whatever we can do to avoid a fight before we can amass our hordes would be our choice.

It has worked out well, hasn’t it? I will have to consult with my Magic 8 ball, but likely can’t give you a firm answer until next moon(day?!). Glad you liked the marble countertops— WA

I have thought about this much. I am not looking for outright war, but I find it difficult to accept you encroaching on a territory that I freely offered up. When no one accepted that offer, I then had to change my plans to eliminate a pesky neighbor only to find you moving on PC's that I have put in the work to gain. I was content to leave you with that village you took as I wasn't sure when you took ownership. Now you are attempting to take a town that I have moved on in a region that I control and this is nothing more than hostile action. I have three choices. One, Trust that you won't attack me or the town and just attack the town and hope you move off. There is a risk in this. Two, Attack you, then attack the town with the same end result and no risk. Three, defend against you and put off attacking the town until next turn with no risk only delay in getting control and resources. Given these choices, option two is the best option for me. This will also serve as notice to others that I don't appreciate people entering a region I control.
I will not be declaring you an enemy as I don't consider that to be the case, but I will be taking what is mine and would encourage you to remember where borders fall and the consequences for crossing those borders. Not many would notify you of their intent to attack, but while I may be a drunk, I am an honest drunk!
I will have to keep an eye on you as I have no doubt that you won't appreciate me chasing your troops back across the border. By chasing I mean strolling while drinking ale and singing ballads.
Good hunting to you!

What we Rangers said was we were going to try and whoop dat arse!!! The unfortunate part is with how short those conan midgets are, our backs will be out of commission for a while. I mean swinging a sword while bent forward at the waist is really hard on the lumbar area of the back. We will have to let you know how the wreck your back and whoop an arse campaign goes.

So much to respond to and so much to argue here, but I'll do my best to keep it short (hey-o!!)...
I disagree with your statement that moving on a town that was controlled by someone you asked for help attacking is a "hostile action" against you. Now, you choosing to attack me when you have multiple options that you've laid out? That seems pretty much the definition of hostility. I've no interest in fighting you for the town. I did have interest in taking a DW town, which per prior intel it was (and without any RA resources there). The risk here for you isn't in this battle; that you can clearly win. Better troops and many more of them. The risk is in my response if you choose to do that. Ultimately, the choice is yours, but I don't see any other way to read an attack on my troops when we've agreed to step aside than "hostile".
