OK, so, you didn't tax it on turn 3, as you SUGGESTED you would, and I agreed not to move on it. So it didn't flip when I got the region... you didn't tax it on turn 4, when you STATED you would... can I expect you to tax this turn or... what?

LI to RD. Hey big Red, I taxed the town in your area but had to leave a low level agent behind. If you should scrape him up could I buy him back cheap? He's really a rookie and not worth much. He's pretty excited about the chance of a dragon ride. To date his most exciting training has just been a zip line.

Yes I will tax and will reply again when the order is in. Very sorry. It is not benefit for me to tax this turn vs last. It was just a mistake
As for T3 you said tac by turn 4 results so I intended to tax turn 4
