I repeatedly asked you to vacate the town. I watched as you built up your navy and knew what your intent was. I must admit I got lucky on the timing. I arrive on the same turn as you move your capital to that town in my region. You may claim that you were just moving across my region to further your campaign, but your lack of communication, your building up your navy and now moving your capital into my region say otherwise. I will trust your actions more than your words. We are at war!

The Dwarf has asked for leniency. I would support any move of violence. I am not traipsing around chasing your artifacts. The DW is. Choose what is in your best interest.

Honestly, nothing was there. I was on the way back from looking for Palantir Unikar (which you seem to have beaten me to!) and just randomly stopped in that spot. I guess there's a nice watering hole for the horses or something? Either way, I'm not looking to fight either of you so we'll be staying on our side of the valley.

I would gladly pay for your services as they are unique and effective. Unfortunately the rules stated that this diplomacy was limited to trade, boasts, and taunts. If paying you to kidnap an enemies emmis was truly a trade then I would do it but since I believe that goes more into combat alliances and teaming up, then I don’t believe we should venture down that road. I wish I could but unless someone says otherwise, I believe that would be against the rules for this game.

If an am mistaken, then Someone please correct me so I can take advantage of the offer.
