Each pick is a region or a kingdom correct? Then it goes back down again?

Currently each pick is for where the team will draft.  I did this because there are flaws with any draft order.  In Valuthor’s C was the best choice.  Here D or C is almost always taken first.   B always seems to go last but has won the most oddly enough.   By then selecting position it makes the weight of the first draft choices have less value.
