Yep and don't forget about customization. That occurs at the end of the turn so you can raise your Adept to pwr-1 (rite of magi is 800 order) and have kingdom customization effects take place afterwards (order 993). So a turn 0 Adept could become pwr-2 at the end of turn 1 which is pretty awesome. Just be cautious of the less than 100% chance of an adept becoming pwr-1 for the RD which may ruin your customization option if you don't have a spare pwr-1 in one of your groups at the time...
