With Maelstrom since the TY is no longer dispersed you might want to change his ESO conditions since he has the same ability to locate in k e region as everybody else. I am also wondering if you want to add some more ESO options. Perhaps a 20,000 food option so people can build more improvements?

Yes all dispersed need there ESO requirements changed. Different ESO updated as Order 11 was.
EL (9) also it has Paladins as one of my 3 companions to recruit, but there not on the companion list in the order entry.

Perhaps intended but just to be sure:
I built a Wizards Tower this turn AND attempted to train to P6.
Wizards Tower is order 611. Magic Research is 799
Received message:
Starbringer A Wizard Tower or Great Mage Tower is required to research past 5th level
(Area FC).
Also: Have we attempted to build all the buildings and fortifications without first having the pre-requisites?
