Sounds good to me. We’re also open to offering terms. I’ll keep control of Arcania but would give you back a few centers for peace if you like. Up to you but something is better than nothing. If you refuse you’ll receive no quarter. After all, we have to protect the innocent women and children.

While I'm tempted to keep it, I would be willing to trade it to you for the minimum 10k plus your water town in the Eastern Steppes for which I would establish a permanent trade of 18k gold per turn to you (for 1 food) to compensate you for your merchant ships.
