picked last in all 3 campaigns.... probably not too strong.

Only reason I didn't pick the BL was because I won a game with them not too long ago. I think they're very strong in this format.

My understanding is:

Silent
HC allowed
Enemies allowed
No Allies

Is that correct? Anything else?
