I have interests in R6 as well. In any case if it is neutral how do I know if someone is not using it to stage an attack against me?

Wow, that was sudden. I’m not sure what to do, I don’t think there is a FAIR plan here. A lot of investment in those regions by current players, and if a new player comes in that too could throw off the balance in those border regions.
How bout we get a new member to take over, yes he will still be in 1sr, but the inexperience might off set his advantage? Maybe? I’m up for whatever the majority wants to do.

I would take it over and only try and defend arcania and what I have for 3 turns, then play as I wish. Is this agreable?

If the IL position does not fill, the IL groups will dissolve after 3 turns of inactivity. At least how I think it will work. I would track at least 1 group to be sure!

Rellgar was just ahead of me in the last posting. For me I see no problems, and would suggest we all grant the 3 turn nap to whoever gets the takeover.

However, R8 has been decimated from magic, maybe let it be a battle field and have the other region secured for him for 3 turns? Thoughts?

I was caught by surprised by this, as were the rest. I was prepared to honor my agreement with IL and attack his foes and would have done so very shortly. With him dropping I'm no longer bound by our mutual defense pact, so all options are open. GN is allied to AN and NE and has a nap until turn 30 with SA. These agreements, of course, remain.
I am fine with Rellgar taking over the IL position.

I am willing to honor all naps and agreaments of the previous ruler. As well as change them or make new ones. If its in your best jnterest to keep them Im for it, if its better to keep fighting then thats fine also. I dont want to disrupt the dynamics of the game, only improve them.
