Yes but DuPont still has many option including all three regions that have not yet been picked if he does not want to bump anyone.

All participants need to bring their accounts current.  Please do that by 2pm Sunday or if that's not doable, send a note to support.

Again, the Championship does not cost a slot, just the $15 setup.

After Draugr creates the game after we have our 12 participants, be very careful to join with your correct kingdom (selections have been changing) and be sure you have posted your choice on the forum before joining.
