Easiest is send the roster to signup with the game rules.  If I get that should be setup tomorrow morning.

Alliance games are restricted diplomacy within team.   Team captains need to assign kingdoms within their team.  Then it would be anonymous.

So probably each team captain sends their kingdom assignments to signup to keep who has which kingdom secret.
