We can split eastern steppes. Not sure how we will do that. But it will take me some time learning with all the new rules. So I don't really want to go to war with someone off the bat. If this sounds like a deal. I'm fine with it.

Sure, if you want significant influence in my region , you could have Evanon on the plains, then i want significant influence in yours. I dont have to have 4 cities but Avalon is right in middle so i would want that. As for Amberland being richest region in Alamaze i dispute that. I have seen it with only 5 towns and 7 villages and have seen Arcania with 7 towns and 6 villages. It is random every game. And you are right, if we fight early, regardless of terrain, we will both get injured. Now if you would prefer to give me 2 towns and 1 village in Oakendell rather than Torvale that might work as well. If you want to go with that then we are ready to start this game.

I would consider taking up the EL mantle but I do not do Full diplomacy games. If people wish to change this to forum only diplomacy I can handle that but I don't like the time the private coordination takes via email.
If people wanted to limited all diplomacy after T1 that would be doubly good for me but I'll understand if that is not wanted.

Well sorry i made things difficult Jon. Negotiation should never be a one way effort. If i had to i would have changed my kingdom to make it work for everyone. I just wanted to state the potential spoiler i saw coming.
If everyone accepts diplo in forum only---So we currently have :
