(EL)  Greetings fellow lords.  Hoards of citizens of Oakendale are flocking to the banner of the Elf Lord and seeking our protection.  All is well in the forest and we hope to soon see our influence shared with the poor unorganized folk of the Mist as well.
Other lords are welcomed to pass freely through our lands as needs require.  We would most humbly request that you let us know of your intentions that we may assure the safety of your representatives as well as the thousands under our protection.  The forest of Oakendale can be a most dangerous place for unwary travelers.  Of course we would extend the same courtesy should we want to travel outside of the two areas mentioned.

(SA) Greeting Lord of the Woods. The Sacred Order has no desire to dwell amonst the trees as we prefer wide open spaces. Currently we are slowly making our way through the area with the goal of exiting it completely.
Should we happen upon any populated areas, we vow to leave them to their own devises. Upon completion of passage through said woods without any hostilities, as a gesture of gratitude, we would invite you to assume responsibility for the safety and well being of those within the borders of Oakendale that wish not to make the long journey with our troops.

(EL) SA you are a courteous traveler and your pc will be left alone until you secure control of Amberland.

The SA has no designs on your village so long as you remain peaceful with us. You will find that the village was left unscathed.

Second Town started in Steppes. Got both cities early, plus no hidden town in Steppes as no AT or DE.

Well Calidor, we are all trying to learn the game and there is no mistrust or animosity, yet so we go with it. So far so good except for losing 2 of my leaders , even attacking a stupid village with overwhelming force. Whodathunkit? Eagerly awaiting turn 9 results.
