I did not get an emailed turn/setup. I can see turn due but when I go to access report nothing is listed. I see turns listed for other games.

I didn't get my setup, but I did get an invoice for it.

yes it seems to be stuck in the creation portion. I can access the game but dont have any emissaries nor can I issue order 11.

After a quick look, it seems that this Confederation game was created with Normal victory conditions (Rex, Usurper, or Lion's Share) instead of a Team victory (where one or more kingdoms on your team have to control 5,6,7,or 8 regions). That kind of screwed up the server a bit and I'll have to reset everything. I'll get back to everyone later today...
