Sacrifice Leader post transfer

When transferring a wizard to a previously inactive group before I cast Sacrifice Leader is not working properly with the order entry program.

Because I have to utilize a new group ID, the order entry program believes there are no leaders in that new group so I cannot indicate the targets of the spell.
