I am having problems opening the 3rd cycle orders link. I open my 2nd cycle orders link from the Order entry page with no issue, but links in the forms seem to be not reliable for me. This has been an issue since I was forced to load windows 10. Also, can I recruit troops? My set up sheet lists what regions I can get troops from, but they are not on this new game map.
