I was thinking that there might be an opportunity to spice up the ESO rewards a bit in 3rd Cycle. How difficult would it be to offer some of the same artifacts and/or glyphs as are offered in the Kingdom Customization?
By turn 10, most kingdoms have a fairly firm grasp on what they truly need. Why not give them a chance to beef up their patrols, improve the defenses of their vulnerable capital, or enhance a noble or two to better take the fight to an enemy?
Perhaps offer a few more choices to make the decision even more difficult. Who might choose a Noble Maiden since they never managed to hold on to their Temple? or just the Temple itself.
Thoughts?
