I see an Atlantian army in my region. Did you guys want to meet up? Let me know how many brigades to bring. If not I guess I could just wander in to the steps to find something to fight.

I have 8 brigades and a Power 2 at OX. Willing to meet this coming turn for a battle the following turn. Bring what you want. I know people are lining up even battles, but I think lopsided battles give us information and testing also. So bring fewer, the same or more . Let me know a convenient battle field location.

lets see how those archers do. I will bring a full division and a um large group. lets meet at NY in the plains where you should have the advantage. I will delay attack with my larger group. I have 0 long range missile kind of curious how much you can do being so good at it vs my groups.

Okay I thought I knew what to expect on US, but gold is different.
As natural adventurers, our kingdom has access to every unusual sighting that we may
encounter in the realm. Wizard Raveneye (Power-5) decided to stay behind in camp and will
not be a factor in assisting the patrol. Wizard Rykala (Power-2) offered only a portion of
his magic to the patrol's efforts as he decided to cast a guarded attack spell and protect
himself from the unknown. Taking a smoky bottle from his robe and incanting softly, Wizard
Rykala (Power-2) created the Bridge of Mist without difficulty. This is an intrinsic
ability for him (does not count as his spell cast). A patrol consisting of Captain Sirus
the Fox, Power-2 Wizard Rykala and a dozen hand-picked troops rode ahead to investigate
the sighting. It had been decided that the patrol would persevere even if difficulty was
encountered, but would withdraw if the situation grew very perilous. This region embodies
numerous caves, all of which must be investigated. A monastery is seen, however there is
no sign of human life. After the grounds are entered, abruptly appearing are 4 giant boars
charging directly at the patrol, their heavy tusks exhibit signs of previous battles and
their tiny eyes squinting with hate for all who intrude upon their domain. In the first
moments of battle, 5 warriors were slain by this fiendish enemy. With a bold shout, the
patrol's heroes attacked with rage. The conflict was furious. The giant boars proved to be
a very formidable opponent. The battle raged on, furiously contested for what seemed like
hours. By raising the Dwarven Axe of Farin, the Captain Sirus the Fox infused his patrol
with boldness and propelled them forward. Blows striking with great force, more blood was
let from the side of the patrol. The next few minutes saw 5 warriors perish. Hope ran
high, though, as the foe was weakened. Captain Sirus the Fox demonstrated uncommon valor
through out the fray. Wizard Rykala cast his magic that severely hampered the foe. Large
tusks slashing more blood was let from the side of the patrol. The next few minutes saw 2
soldiers lose their lives, but the enemy had been weakened. Finally the giant boars had
been destroyed. The valiant patrol was victorious. With the boars eliminated, the patrol
continued their survey of the area and find secreted treasures worth 8,000 gold.
Surpassing expectations was Sirus the Fox, who once again has won further glory. He is now
a Captain Major. Upon completion of the battle, the patrol finds a Great Diamond worth
20,000 gold.
Im on a superior and excellent this turn so I should find more interesting items to play with.

I think the battle between the AM and SA was fairly even, although the victory went to SA.
Here is the battle report:
Battle between the 1st Sacred Order army and the 1st Amazons army in the plains
of area GI:
Sacred Order Amazons
Commanders
Grand Marshal Kevin Trueheart Marshal Daughter of Sun
Marshal Will Whitesword Major General Mare of Torvale
Commander Stanis Storm General Tasha Yar
Wizards
None None
Brigades
1 Sacred Order Veteran 6 Amazons Regular
3 Sacred Order Regular 1 Wildlings Regular
1 Northmen Green 1 Westmen Green
2 Westmen Regular
1 Zealots Veteran
Combat Factors
Excellent Leaders Very Good Leaders
Light Attrition
Tactical Selection
Determined Attack Flanking Attack
The Wildlings of the 1st Amazons effectiveness was improved due to being in a region
affected by winter effects. Early in the day, the 1st Sacred Order army advanced with grim
resolution toward the advancing lines of the 1st Amazons army commanded by Marshal
Daughter of Sun. Among the Sacred Order troops were brigades of Zealots Veteran, which now
leaped ahead to the first ranks! Among the Amazons troops were brigades of Wildlings
Regular, which now raced to the front lines! As the most important group of their nation,
the troops are visibly bolstered by the presence of the first Sacred Order's banner! As
the most decorated group of their people, the forces are visibly heartened by being under
the first Amazons's colors! As the attackers swept over the green fields, the first
missles sang out.
- Archers -
Missilers from both sides joined the fray and fired their arrows. The Sacred Order forces
imposed minor damage upon the Amazons lines in response, the Amazons inflicted light
casualties to their enemy. The Sacred Order effective archers and the skillful bows of the
Amazons force initiated their attack. The Sacred Order lines inflicted minor casualties
upon the Amazons ranks as the Amazons caused minor losses to their foes.
- Artifact -
Amazons Marshal Daughter of Sun displayed the Bow of Heracles for all to see, his troops
thus encouraged multiplied their efforts and the enemy's leaders quaked as the magical bow
slew enemy forces.
- Cavalry -
The outcome of the battle was still very much in doubt. The Amazons's cavalry swept around
the left flank of the Sacred Order, and successfully flanked them, disrupting their lines,
and command structure. The charge was doubly effective and the Sacred Order would be hard
pressed to make an organized retreat should it be necessary. The horsemen from both sides
charged ahead and clashed upon the battlefield. The Sacred Order forces imposed
significant losses upon the Amazons lines in return, the Amazons imposed substantial
casualties against the enemy.
- Infantry -
Steel gleamed brightly, as the masses of foot soldiers sprang to the ready, and then
charged forth with a roar, engaging in battle which took many proud lives. The Sacred
Order light footed warriors confronted the Amazons fearless shortsword wielding warriors
to determine the outcome of the battle. The Sacred Order lines inflicted minor losses upon
the Amazons forces in response, the Amazons claimed light casualties to their foes.
- Conclusion -
Faced with the prospect of incurring greater than planned losses, Marshal Daughter of Sun
saw that a withdrawal for the Amazons had to be quickly made. The Amazons became somewhat
panicky in their exit from the battlefield. Sacred Order casualties were put at 46.47%.
All Sacred Order leaders survived the battle. Kevin Trueheart demonstrated tactical
awareness and has been promoted as a Lord Commander. Impressing his peers was Stanis
Storm, who once again has distinguished himself. He is now a Marshal. The troops are eager
for further glory: morale is up! Amazons casualties were put at 41.31%. In a setback, the
Amazons Major General Mare of Torvale was found dead in the vanguard with many wounds.
Despite our kingdom's special healing abilities, our skilled physicians could not save
him. Tasha Yar impressed and has been recognized as a Major General. The toll of battle
has reduced the group's morale.
As of yet, my special healing powers haven't saved anyone, but at least there's a chance.

My decorations show. Interesting battle I think you may have won with a determined attack. Seems when you flank you will do double cavalry but you retreat as a standard attack. You can see you actually did more damage to the SA but still retreats after taking 40% losses.
Flanking also mentions about the enemy being switched to standard attack? Does the SA just have a higher threshold for damage than the Amazon?

Doesn't SA have Stalwart? Maybe that's the difference?

Wizard Ruth de' Cross (Power-2) saw that to proceed to investigate the sighting, the
chasm obstructing their progress in this area would have to be bridged. He cast the spell
called Bridge of Mist, and this resulted in a magical bridge across the chasm to be
created, allowing the group to proceed. Wizard Charles DeStar (Power-1) offered his full
magical potential and risk death in order to assist in the patrol's efforts. Adept Gil
Earthshaker decided to stay behind in camp and will not be a factor in assisting the
patrol. A patrol consisting of Major General The Defiant One, Captain Major Krossis,
Captain Major Tarik Snow, Power-2 Wizard Ruth de' Cross, Power-1 Wizard Charles DeStar and
a dozen hand-picked troops rode ahead to investigate the sighting. It had been decided
that there would be no plan to retreat. The patrol was willing to take great risks to
uncover what might be secreted ahead. As the patrol makes their way through this bog
nerves are on edge as appendages from the assorted vegetation tear at their exposed skin
and only partially seen creatures crawl and swim nearby. A large dwelling made of the many
different woods of the forest. Weary from the tedious travel yet anxious about what they
may encounter they prepare to enter the dwelling. After some time of exploring the silence
is broken by the unintelligible barking of scores of attacking mountain trolls! In the
first moments of battle 5 soldiers died at the hand of this evil opponent. The conflict
was furious. The huge, hairy trolls were a vicious and deadly foe. The battle raged on,
furiously contested for what seemed hours. Wielding giant mauls and biting savagely still
more warriors were lost forever. The next few minutes saw 6 soldiers lose their lives, but
the enemy had been weakened. The battle raged on, furiously contested for what seemed like
hours. The next few minutes saw 2 soldiers lose their lives, but the enemy had been
weakened. Wizard Charles DeStar cunningly employed his magic against the opponent. The foe
reeled from the effect. Bravely aiding the patrol was Captain Major Krossis. Finally the
huge, hairy trolls had been destroyed. The valiant patrol was victorious. Continuing with
their exploration the patrol finds a diamond amulet worth 15,000 gold. Sadly, the Sacred
Order Major General The Defiant One did not survive. Despite our kingdom's special healing
abilities, our skilled physicians could not save him. Despite receiving a fatal wound,
Captain Major Tarik Snow survived due to our kingdom's special healing abilities! Krossis
distinguished himself and has been elevated as a General. Tarik Snow distinguished himself
and has been promoted as a General. In the heroic tradition of the Sacred Order kingdom, a
bold leader has risen in this battle. He is Centurion Lucious Firebrand. Sadly, the Sacred
Order Power-2 Ruth de' Cross was found dead in the vanguard with many wounds. Upon
completion of the battle, the patrol finds a gleaming sword of incredible hardness and
lightness. Magical runes along the blade reveal that it is a superior artifact named
Narsil, Flame of the West. Narsil, Flame of the West adds 25% to the group's combat value
and increases the chance of killing enemy leaders and wizards. The risk of death for the
possessor is reduced and that leader has a greater chance of being promoted while using
this artifact. Narsil also aids the group while investigating unusual encounters (by 25
points). Since this relic is a magical weapon-classed artifact, if in the hands of an
agent, it will enable the agent to inflict lethal damage against an undead leader (nazgul)
or wizard (wraith/lich) when performing an assassination attempt.
