Hey, Sacred Order!
Want to fight? I think it would be interesting to see how an Amazon full division would do against a Sacred Order full division in the plains.

Sure. Meet me at GI. Winner can go evict the DU from Oakendale. Smile

Maybe full division vs full division. No mages.   Fine if someone wants to try different tactics

I believe you have a 12 brigade group with a P4 Wraith that can reach RY this turn.  I can have a group with 9 or 10 brigades there this turn with two P2's.
Want to?

Didn't hear back on this so will make other plans.

I picked up something neat. I didnt know these existed in the 3rd cycle.

As natural adventurers, our kingdom has access to every unusual sighting that we may
encounter in the realm. Wizard Raveneye (Power-5) offered only a portion of his magic to
the patrol's efforts as he decided to cast a guarded attack spell and protect himself from
the unknown. Taking a smoky bottle from his robe and incanting softly, Wizard Raveneye
(Power-5) created the Bridge of Mist without difficulty. This is an intrinsic ability for
him (does not count as his spell cast). Wizard Rykala (Power-2) offered only a portion of
his magic to the patrol's efforts as he decided to cast a guarded attack spell and protect
himself from the unknown. Wizard Havix Moondust (Power-1) decided to stay behind in camp
and will not be a factor in assisting the patrol. A patrol consisting of Major General
Sirus the Fox, Captain Bol the Scimitar, Power-5 Wizard Raveneye, Power-2 Wizard Rykala
and a dozen hand-picked troops rode ahead to investigate the sighting. It had been decided
that there would be no plan to retreat. The patrol was willing to take great risks to
uncover what might be secreted ahead. In the far distance is seen an ancient temple,
apparently deserted and crumbling. As it is approached, indecipherable runes from an
ancient tongue are seen by it's entrance that led to a broad flight of worn steps leading
down to darkness. descending, the group is met with a howl of chilling cold wind. Passing
through the damp and irregular chambers, it's difficult to keep torches lighted as the
howling winds swirl wildly. A lurid dark image forms instantaneously in front of them,
rearing up to a height of 10' and assaults the group. In the first moments of battle 5
soldiers died at the hand of this evil opponent. Now the patrol's leaders fought with
their full abilities. the conflict was furious. The shadow demon clearly proved an
exceptionally deadly adversary. The battle raged on, furiously contested for what seemed
like hours. Blows striking with great force, more blood was let from the side of the
patrol. The next few minutes saw 5 warriors perish. Hope ran high, though, as the foe was
weakened. Wizard Rykala cunningly employed his magic against the opponent. The foe reeled
from the effect. Bravely aiding the patrol was Major General Sirus the Fox. Fighting
bravely in the battle was Captain Bol the Scimitar. The next few minutes saw 6 warriors
perish. Hope ran high, though, as the foe was weakened. Finally, the shadow demon was
defeated. After resting from the exhausting battle, the patrol noticed a bright object
hidden where the shadow demon appeared, it is a large pearl worth 14,000 gold. In a
setback, the Warlock Major General Sirus the Fox died of his wounds. Regrettably, the
Warlock Captain Bol the Scimitar did not survive. In the proud tradition of the Warlock
kingdom, a bold hero has emerged in this engagement. He is Centurion Sirus the Fox. With
the battle over, the group rescues a noble woman imprisoned in the back area. She is
Princess Xynia of noble birth. Princess Xynia of Imperial Blood joins the kingdom at your
capital, provides +1 influence, and the region where she was rescued is raised one
favorable reaction level.

Looks like we are in the same square anyway. Let me know if you want to test any specific tactics of spells?

Side comment, I LOVE the +1 Influence and Regional Reaction bonus that come with the Princess!

So am I, though less thrilled with the continuing loss of leaders to such encounters Smile
