The status of Avalon will make dividing up Amberland a bit more challenging as it has a significant population and is currently not under either of our control. It had been owned by the Underworld, but based on missives flying about the realm I suspect it has been taken by the Black Dragons. The simplest method of providing you a substantial presence would be for you to take Avalon, Evanon and a town. It's also a way for us to determine a split without risking exact locations of towns and villages being revealed.
If you prefer not to take Avalon as it involves a third party, let me know and I'll come up with another proposal. And I would be interested in your ideas on gaining me a substantial presence in the Northern Mists.

Evanon is good practice for my generals. Give me two town names with high census and I will take them this turn. You can move to viperhead i will need to look at towns and villages. I have raised production on so many. Also if you know my towns let me know so I do not have to give out numbers
Normally though 1 city and three towns equals substantial. But high census or a shortage of towns/villages could make city, 2 town, village possible.

Naxove Pass and War Devil along with Evanon will get you to Substantial. I'm afraid I don't know any of your towns, but perhaps you could use Naxove Pass as a reference point? I will move emissaries to Viperhead this next turn and to any other PCs you mention.

I am under non-aggression pact with the Demon Princes, so I cannot act against them.
To forestall either a Demon Prince partial invasion or a Ranger resurgence, I believe it would benefit us for me to take control of Synisvania, especially as that would further hit Ranger reaction levels. I would of course agree to send you the entirely of any food and gold from population centers you might own.
Would you be amenable to this? Do you have any strong objections? I am simply concerned the alternatives are worse.

Had some interesting results this turn and wondering especially about the fall of the Underworld capital at VA. Who's responsible? Tough blow for the UN especially if he lost his Agent 18 and 13 there (at least they were that level a couple turns ago). I know about this because I've had an agent based there for several turns and luckily he made it out alive.

Guys - while we're not specifically allied I'd love to hear anything you know about the RD- where's his capital and what group intel do you have? 2RD of army size is at one of my towns in the Steppes. What else? I would hope that my pressure on the Steppes is helping the Ranger recover. He lost another high level agent this past turn you should be happy to know.

An entire army of Black Dragons, their 3rd regiment, wandering around in Oakendell unescorted, uninvited, unwanted. We shall bring our bows to bear, but perhaps we are not the target of Black Dragon wrath.
