Also, I believe I have an AIDS Agent that is moving up in the ranks, somewhere around level 10? The only formal NAPs I currently have in place are with the DA and RA, with an agreement with the BL pending, though my friendship with Big Chief No Fart is steadfast.
Given the many treaties you've made with surrounding neighbours (and curiously the Gnome), I suspect you'll need to fight wars separately from some of your allies at some point. This "web of peace" might preclude all of your friends from being able to act in concert.

I have to admit that I really don't know how to properly handle this open diplomacy thing. Announcing my victim goes against every fiber of my draconic being. I will support your efforts against anyone that I do not have a NAP with if you will do the same for me.

OOC: One of my concerns at the start was everyone jumping into NAPs, I thought that was really weird. In any case, as I mentioned to the DA, I foresee a somewhat intriguing conflict unfolding as one kingdom attacks another, while that kingdom's ally can't do much about it because of a NAP. We may have friends and enemies at war with each other while we're engaged in a myriad of other conflicts. At the same time we have to figure out how to score four regions! That is still the objective, right?
