BL - All,
The nefarious evil agents have turned on me as well, stealing gold thrice and failing a fourth time. I will have agents on CE and others taking a look at nearby pcs; it will mean war to anyone I catch attacking me in such a manner.

I had gold stolen from a village. Clearly this is for training but if not agreed up on it is an act of war should I catch the agent I will not disclose it until after I have taken action. If you feel the need to have most the regions turn hostile to you then provoking the council is an excellent start.
