Will transfer artifact 15950 to you for 10000 gold and will ask you transfer in back the turn after for the same gold. I recommend you put the artifact on some random emissary not at your capital. this way even if you get the emissary killed the artifact will goto your capital and you can still transfer it back the next turn.
