To potentially boost signup interest in the last three spots, any objections to implementing the idea we tried in the last anon game, specifically that spots 10, 11, and 12 get an email with the six remaining Kingdoms before giving their (shorter) preference lists?
This kind of acts as a consolation prize for the latecomers who are otherwise often relegated to the geographically more challenging Kingdoms. I believe the people in the last game where we did this thought it worked quite well, and with the always efficient LD handling things (or I can, since I'm not playing in this one), there was really no significant delay, the entire process took less than a day to get a firm Kingdom list.
