But this month, in light of certain, ah, concerns raised by our neighbors to the north, we are opting not to make a bid. It will also be interesting to see which of the other members steps up.

We think about this hard. You make strong argument and math is not our greatest strength (ironically 'strength' is actually our greatest strength)

We agreed to change ownership of Evanon on T13 in exchange for a smaller PC in the region, this is what I've planned on.
Actually we did not really agree to any deal, I made a unilateral offer in friendship because I thought it would help you with your home region going forward but I've lost many turns of having R8 under control because of the relocation and so I would just as soon keep it to T13 for Evanon. If you want to trade it for a village instead of a town at that time I can live with that.
If you can convince the BL to hand over his city in R8 before T13 then Evanon is all yours otherwise I will vacate on T13
when you and the BL will each have 2 cities going forward.

T13 is fine. My diplomats are just complaining of losing their skills while sitting around and waiting for the Witchlord to attack.
