I understand your objection to 3 & 5, and will amend them as follows:
3. For the remainder of this struggle the agents of the Underworld shall not take any actions against the Dwarf, including against emissaries, PCs, groups, etc. unless the UN agents are acting as paid agents for another kingdom. (I.e. you won't take actions against me for your own benefit.)
5. You won't share any details of my kingdom, including PC locations, emissary info, group locations, etc. with any other kingdom unless that information is being provided in the context of a paid reconnaissance engagement.
This would allow you to still act on behalf of others against my kingdom without restriction. Let me know if this adequately addresses your concern.

Thank you for considering a NAP with our kingdom. We propose a NAP until this time the following year. Which I think is 12 "turns" as the muggles call a certain span of time. Although I'm not really sure on that as my astronomers haven't really briefed me as thoroughly as they should have. But 12 "turns" is what I mean.
I fully expect that if nothing uneventful happens we should be able to extend that NAP next year.

Consider the trade of 1 food for at least 22,000 gold done. And while I certainly do not have any issues with attempting to raise your influence with the High Council, I fear that telegraphing our bid in advance would not be helpful, and so if you wish for me to make a bid on your behalf the month after this one, please include some amount in excess of 22,000 gold this month, and whatever that excess is, I will bid for you the month after, and if I am overbid that month, for one more month after that. But if I am overbid twice, then my obligation to you ends. Does that sound fair?
Also, if you are willing, I would love to formalize our friendship with a non-aggression pact through the end of next winter [i.e. end-of-T19]. Would you be amenable to this? Many thanks, Great King, and many congratulations to you on the taking of Arcania!

The NAP is accepted and well received.
22K was just a repayment of the food loan and if we are including a HC bid attempt in the coming months I'll just send the 33K and leave it to your discretion when you get a bid in. Any time before T12 or so would be fine and if it doesn't happen at all then no bog deal. Btw I was not suggesting you use the extra 11K gold as the bid, only that the gold would purchase the attempt, 4500 might get it done for all I know. I do not think I would go as high as an 11K bid myself at this point but I leave that to your discretion. And two attempts are sufficient.

We see you at our village. Does thus mean you have taken all neutral Population and need the village to gain control of your region? We are ok with this but would ask you ask the villagers nicely or not nicely to join you and do not attack the village.
Of just curious did you take the artifact located at MD?
