All,
The Gnome's offer is extremely generous and I might consider it as a separate deal. I would not want to cede another village to accomodate the Giant as part of this peace talk.
Do we have a deal, my Giant friend? You cede all claim to my starting town and to Esteria Vale in return for peace and the locations of the neutral pcs that I am aware of?

I was waiting to hear if there are any other claims. If there are no other PC's owned by other kingdoms (other than then 1 Town and 2 villages) I will accept your deal, otherwise I cannot unless we deal with any other owned PC ourselves.

That would be fine and I think we understand one another. My only concern is that I believe the WA has a starting village in Arcania and I would not want to take without his consent. I am also not sure if the AN holds one or two villages in addition to his town.

Yes, we have one poor lonely little village in lovely Arcania. We were hoping to keep it because we really like the name "Arcania" (truth be told way cooler than "Amberland"). Maybe we should have offered to go to Arcania? But then I would have had to put up with those blustering dragons and would have been too close for comfort to those smelly Gnomes. So yea, back to what we were talking about. You can take my village (diplomatically please!). In exchange we would like to make arrangements for a transfer of Evanon at some point in the future. But it's not crushingly urgent and a small price to pay for the friendship of the guys with the big clubs who buffer our homelands from aforementioned smelly Gnomes and blustering dragons.
Oh, and I think somewhere in these dealings it was mentioned that the AN village in Amberland is available for me to take?

I'm really really comfortable with you keeping the village in Amberland as a goodwill measure between our kingdoms. I have the uncomfortable idea that the only neighbor the AN has not made a pact with is ourselves. And probably the Troll as well. I'm well aware of how tasty the mage kingdom newb in the middle of the map probably looks right about now. I just hope that alliance with the big guy works out.

Ok. Why don't I take the WA village in R8 and then plan on exchanging Evanon for a WA Town in R5 on Turn 13 and the BL/GI R8 accord is ratified, ok for all?

Ratified. GKBASS, he thinks he likes you again, is not entirely thrilled with the bargain. However, GKBASS is nothing if not honorable and will maintain peace with the Giant kingdom throughout the contest.
Would you like me to share all the neutral towns and villages that I am aware of now?

This is the friendliest contest that I have ever played. I have no idea how anyone is going to claim the Rex at this rate. In any other game the BL and GI would be ramping up for an ugly war of attrition about now and everyone else, especially the Giant's neighbors, would be thrilled!

If you require a NAP between us to make you sleep better then let us know how long is needed. We are happy that our village can stay under our control. Also we find it interesting that you find the Gnome to smell bad. As far as non human races go they some one of the how do we say more neutral smelling races. Perhaps you have never met Big Chief No Farts he gets his name not because he does not fart all Trolls fart I think they use it almost as some kind of salute to a good meal, he gets his name because he smells something like the cross between a Durian and piss after eating asparagus. You see he need not fart to smell well; I guess you could say so good as not to insult The Big Chief.

The accord is not perfect for us either, we can lose two PC's and we will lose control my home region, but it is worth it for a peace. Due to this vulnerability if you would like our peace pact to include a mutual defense of R8 should either of be attacked there I think that will make good sense.
