As your military advisers will have informed you a Dwarven force is encamped outside your village in the Mountains.
Although my commanders are pleading for the chance to sharpen their skills in addition to their axes I'll offer one last chance for peace. I wish to retain the Town in the Steppes, permanently. I'm amenable to negotiation if that isn't acceptable, however should my diplomatic overtures fall on deaf ears again I'll take the village in addition to preparing a defense of my town.
I leave the matter of war and peace between our kingdoms in your hands.

The Great King of All Between the Sand and Sky, GKBASS to his intimates, does not desire war with the Tallest of the Land Bound. Neither does he wish to cede all claim to Arcania, a valuable hunting ground. He did indeed plan to annex Esteria Vale and southern Arcania.
There may be room for peaceful negotiation and coexistance. GKBASS, he likes you, understands that you already have substantial holdings in R5. You have no need for the entirety of R8. Would you be willing to cede a substantial portion of the region in return for lasting peace? He may also consider providing various foodstuffs to support your army during your Starving Time.

We do not need the entirety of Arcania, true. We would like to gain control as soon as possible as we are getting a late start in our relocation. It is also true that a number of other kingdoms have demanded territory in Arcania. My proposal is that you allow us to take the city and we agree that you shall possess holdings in the region as well. After we control the region we can revisit who will own the southernmost city. Ok?

In answer to your question we would need an additional 50K food to make it through the entirety of winter. Right now our plan is to feed our troops next month but not this month

The Great King of All Between the Sand and Sky, he is not as fond of you so you may not call him by the affectionate GKBASS, has considered your proposal. It is unsuitably vague and leaves far to much to chance for the future. The Great King is not angered by your wish to control the hunting grounds of Arcania. The concern is that you will take control of your third city, which we now dominate, and then decide at a later date that your oversized hunters would like to chase the wile camels of Southern Sands. For the Great King to allow you uncontested dominion over Esteria Vale, there would have to be guarantees that the many ogres it will allow you to hire will never endanger our herds and flocks.
Are you prepared to guarantee that the Giant Kingdom and the Black Dragon kingdom will never go to war? That you will forever turn your eyes from our domains? If so, these are the terms we would be willing to consider.
~The Black Dragon will vacate the premises of Esteria Vale.
~The Black Dragon will retain permanent title to all Arcanian pcs touching the border with the Southern Sands.
~Game long peace between the Giant and Black Dragon kingdoms. The only means of cancelling this peace would be the Giant ceding control of Esteria Vale back to the Black Dragon and the Black Dragon accepting and taking control. It would be a mutual decision. This is, admittedly, unlikely to happen but we felt there should be some mechanism.
The Great King feels that this is a very generous offer.
If you agree to these terms today, I will move my group off this turn and the Great King will again allow you to call him GKBASS. I also have the locations of all villages in Arcania and would be willing to share them if you wish. Of course, everyone else would also get those locations.
