in the list of spells for each kingdom it list spell 860 summon monsters for the dragons can they recruit monsters? Thought they only had 565 and BL phoenix ?

Others can confirm but I remember reading the answer to be no

That spell should have been removed from the BL and RD spell lists, based on past forum discussions.
