No. If you guys want to go that way, I'm out. Standard Warlords format is random draft, anonymous and certainly not based on podium finishes.

My original intent was to have a random draft with anonymous picks. Does this work for everyone?

While I am sympathetic to new players, often at my expense, I agree with Morgan Kane here.  We have someone expert in conducting these drafts for Warlords in Lord Diamond, and this (Warlords) is the major leagues.  So when you are in, you are in.  And for good - no dropping in Warlords.  No crying in Warlords.  Hope that doesn't sound harsh.  Sometimes I feel whatever I say is going to upset half the population.

if the whole thing is random, I'm fine with that. I just didn't want two rounds of strategic picks followed by a random element. Random seems odd, but if that's the norm... ok.
